Susan Timani

Susan began dancing in 1990 at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire where she choreographed and danced in a student dance company for 4 years, focusing mainly on jazz, ballet and modern styles. She graduated with a degree in education in 1994. After moving to Houston in 1997 Susan continued studying dance at the University of Houston, and it was there she was introduced to ballroom dancing.

Today she teaches many styles of dance including ballroom, Latin, swing, salsa and hustle. In her lessons Susan enjoys discovering the best way to teach each student in order to help them become the dancer they want to be. She loves to laugh and likes to bring a sense of fun and playfulness to her lessons and classes. Susan finds dance to be an incredible inspiration and a unique form of expression that she likes to share with everyone.

Rabih Timani

Rabih never imagined that dance would change his life when he enrolled in a college ballroom dance class “just to meet his P.E. requirements.” Today he is a licensed Ballroom L.I.S.T.D. teacher who sees dance as a vehicle to transform and enrich the lives of his students. Rabih combines his love for dance and love for people to create a work of art on the dance floor. His lessons are focused and fun and he gives 100% to every lesson he teaches.

His students describe him as warm, personable, encouraging, inspiring and incredibly patient. He is a coach who truly has his student’s best interest at heart. Rabih encourages his students to find joy in the journey as they travel towards their goals and dreams on the dance floor. Rabih continues to train, staying current with today’s dance trends. His main purpose in teaching is to inspire his students into developing their dance skills to the best of their abilities and beyond.
