His main purpose in teaching is to inspire his students into developing their dance skills to the best of their abilities and beyond.
Roland has always loved dancing. While in high school he was in a performance group that did freestyle and hip hop dance. Years later, Roland was inspired by watching ballroom dancing on TV and decided to learn how to teach it. He now teaches social Ballroom, Rhythm, Swing, Country, Salsa, Bachata, and Cumbia. Dancing brings Roland much joy, and he finds it rewarding to teach others and see them be able to achieve something they didn’t think they could. He looks forward to competing professionally in the future.
